If yes - with what level of pickaxeIf no - with what level of pickaxe
I personally wasn't with lvl 5 pick on both Hard and Easy difficulty.

Restore health unlimited times with infinity burger bug
If you mean taping burger icon, which gives + burgers and 10 HP and some armor. That is not a bug, but DEbug feature in game temporary to search for other bugs.
