Holy crud. The ending emotionally broke me. The fact that the story follows to their last days already stands out.
I like the story enough that I can't watch this as just a H-material anymore. It would be a disservice.

Maybe I shouldn't have added the hentai scene, maybe that takes the story away from its romantic point. On the other hand making love is romantic. So I have a divided opinion.
I think I'm fine either way.
