relationship has reached 65 and can't increases anymore and bandit issue has been resolved, is there anything i've missed ?

Every girl has a favorite present item which can increase her relationship further than other presents. In Mirel's case, flowers can bring her up to 70. After 70 relationship you need love potions or events to increase it further.
