Holy fricking crap, this was scary. I've slowly hated mannequins more and more and this just made me hate them ten times as much. The game was really great; the sounds were so freaky and well implemented and the mannequins twitching and jerking about made them so fricking scary, and add the sounds into the mix, it was really scary.
The only thing I might suggest to change/update is the flipping controls for the items when you pick them up; they seem to be tethered to the European keyboard setup and turning the parts around didn't work properly (but that's just me as I wasn't used to the settings.)
Though it was slightly unoptimised, I thought the game was absolutely great. The environment was packed and really spooky and made the mannequins even scarier, can't wait for the full release, keep up the great work and good luck! It was a terrific game!
