Couple of questions based on the trailer:

Are the hand interactions VR only?

Are some features restricted to donators? So far I've been able to insert two toys into a girl but no more than that and I don't think I can put one in the mouth.

Is there an in game way to make money yet? Or are the paid items in the shop inaccessible right now?

toys are available in vr, paid items are patreon exclusive

For now hand interactions are VR only yes but in the future hands for desktop are also planned (as stated in the Trello).

You can insert toys in mouth too, and in nipples.

You gain in-game money only when subscribing a tier on Elera's Patreon (read the description of each tier to see how much money they give in game).
