I would recommend watching the official youtube tutorial. It will explain every step!
I got it working and all, but have to manually press F9 for the redeem.
Did you connect it to Twitch and set up a trigger for redeems?
I'm having the same issue now, everything is set up correctly but the objects only activate when pressing F9, not a redeem :(
Try deauthenticating by going into settings -> De-Authenticate twitch and try reconnecting. If the issue persists I recommend asking in the discord
