Plan a concert
Assign a task (rehearsal) to a staffmember (choreographer)
Cancel the job on the staff member (X on room avatar)
No new assignment is possible. Concert taskes are locked.
Only option is to cancel the concert and redo.
Bug is reproducible and survives savegame reload.
