Excellent presentation, dripping with delicious game juice (lighting, screenshake, color shifts, sound effects, etc.). I also like the main character's visual design and animation. The music is also very soothing and pleasant (just what I would want if I were to sleep 60 years in a row :) ). The gradual deterioration of the ship is presented beautifully.

I also appreciate how the challenge of the constellation matching increases gently, but perceptibly. (I resisted the temptation to use the cheat code until the last challenge in the scene where the shutters had failed--at that point I was flailing around randomly.) All in all, there is tremendous attention to quality and detail.

I found myself wishing for something more than the stasis routine. I think that even a bit of spoken or written narration during the stasis segments (discussing a dream? discussing the traveler's history or future goals?) would have helped. Notwithstanding, I found the ending moving and sad.

Also, note one typo: It should be "stasis chamber" (not "champer").

Thanks so much for playing and for the feedback! I also really like the idea of having dialog. I was even considering having an AI on the ship (similar to Hal and Dave from A Space Odyssey) that the player would talk to to feed the player some backstory, but didn't because that would obviously take a ton of time. But you've made me consider continuing this game further. Also, nice catch with the embarrassing typo. 😳

Yes, if you do decide to add words, there shouldn't be too many of them. The atmosphere is too eloquent to interrupt.

But just a few words could go a long way.
