Make sure you're opening the apk using your file browser, not from your downloads list as this is known not to work.

That's how I always do it but this time it doesn't work

You might have to uninstall and reinstall. Make a copy of your save files before you do, they're in Android/Data/com.werecat.sileo/files/saves/

Are you receiving any specific error? There's no other reports of issues with this android version and I've just downloaded the Itch version, installed it and ran it successfully, so I can confirm it's working. Make sure you have 2GB+ of space available as well, sometimes installs will fail if you have less than that even if it should be enough. You might also try redownloading it.

when I try to open the file after it was downloaded I get that I couldn't open the file and I have 2GB of space, I tried on another phone but it told me the same thing

This happens when you're opening it via the downloads list. Make sure you're using your file manager to do it instead.
