I ran into a bug after reaching act 2. After the event in Lily's bar with the two guys and selecting the charisma option, going to sleep causes an error saying, "Cannot create a file when that file already exists." I've tried rollbacks and ignoring, and it consistently happens every night. What can I do to fix this?

Issue is caused by the autosave being unable to overwrite files.
As the game autosaves every time you to go sleep, it will happen every time.
Only solution I know is to stop the game from trying to autosave (I have a patch) or figuring out why your computer isn't allowing the game to do what it seems to do just fine in other people's machines.
