yes, last i checked. it was like this in the previous versioni was able to do it when it was still a flash game
After getting the ruby, you need to talk to Medea again and then reach the ravine on the overworld. (You might need to explore to make it appear)
i cant get the ruby, they wont let me access the quiz area
