Really really cool concept. Ran into a couple of issues. It was hard to tell what direction I'd be facing on the line which sometimes locked me out of killing enemies. The angle you're facing also seems to snap, making some enemies impossible to hit. Adding a little smooth interpolation on the direction the player is facing would be an easy solution to that. It also felt strange that you only find out where enemies will be half way through drawing your line. It felt like I could screw myself without any knowledge to go off of.

I drew some rails and shot some circle robots. Unique concept restricting the player to a drawn line and it works pretty well. The redrawing mechanic is good and lets the player come up with strategy. I would like a way to increase drawing time, although I did reach one ship upgrade; are there more? I listened to a suggested track, but it would be cool if you added a track ingame. There's good enemy variety and it looks cool for a small game. What are you planning on doing with this game next?

I like the game, it needs sound effects. Maybe a better way to aim when on the line would be very helpful since you can get fucked over with angles and lines not supporting some of them depending on how they are drawn.

The idea's unusual, and the gameplay's fun, I like it. My main issue is with the controls, though, it's hard to move the ship where you want it to be, and its hard to flip it, so it shoots in the opposite direction. I would suggest trying the following:

  • Instead of using WASD to move the ship in 4 directions as long as the line allows it, use two keys to move ship along the line, and one other key to flip it.
  • Smoothing the line so that it doesn't have sharp bends in which you can't get your ship at a right angle to shoot the enemies.

Also, the weapon seems to be downgrading itself off its own accord, I don't understand how it works.
