Both of those are the "Hallowe'en" costumes. In both cases you need to have all three Hallowe'en decorations active in your room (coffin bed, witch poster and jack o' lantern on the table).
For Pixie: just sleep. Might take a few nights to trigger.
For Gwen: go to the dungeon in the EVENING.
