If you have the Itch app (highly recommended) then you can just hit the "update" button and get a nice little patch file installed - then just carry on playing from when you left off!
If you don't have the app, and don't want it, then you'll need to download the entire update file and install it to a fresh folder. Then you can play as usual - your save files will be automatically transferred over :)
