One of my favorite games of this jam. I love the concept of having to manage the plants to feed the monsters or get eaten!

This has a lot of potential to expand it with some more levels and mechanics I think. I saw howdy riceball mention implementing inter-level cutscenes: I would love to see a full screen illustration of the monster before the level starts!

Like I said, I had a lot of fun with this one, though at first I didn't quite get that the full health bar was the key to finishing the level. I spent a good chunk of time on the 2nd level maximizing my farming while keeping the monster's hunger at bay when I realized I should just hurry up and feed him hahah.

PS - Is that a venonat I see in level 3? ;)

Funny to read your story about keeping the monster hunger at bay but not completing the level! My wife had the exact same experience (before I had to tell her "the point"). It's clear that the goal (filling the bar) should be better emphasized.

And obviously it's a Brizlzop! But the likeness to Venonat is uncanny indeed. ;)
