Do you mind if I ask what platform you're playing on? I've tried it on a couple computers and everything looks ok to me.

Ram=32.0 GB (31.9 GB usable)
OS= windows 10
Net= normal (20mb pure speed, i tried few other games works fine)
browser= brave
I just tested it using Brave and reproduced the error. Putting my "Shields Down" fixed it (sorry don't know much about Brave)
no problem (there are just too many browsers, so it's normal)
