i cant open it 0-0 am i being scammed? How do i open it after its unziped? Does the game still work?

I think you have not downloaded the correct file, what OS are you using? Windows , macOS or Linux? If you let me know I would let you know which file you need to download and extract, then you should be ok

the only file you need to download is this: 5 Nights At Shreks Hotel.zip , extract all into a folder on your desktop and double click on the executable file
