Good job, model looks great. Love the design of the cat staff.
The vertex weight looks a bit scuffed, especially on the front of the skirt~ Like there's a sharp transition. Also, the forearm/hand bone is affecting the bottom of the jumper causing it to pull out when the arms swing. Easily fixable things though.
