yes i installed it but still this error is coming and again its asking to download it.

i think the error is because i installed .net 5.0.17. i will try to install 5.0.0. then i will contact you again

Don't download any installations on your own, just follow the links from the download page, as shown in the image below. After that, restart your PC. If you have .NET properly installed, you won't get any errors.

No, that will never be a feature. Windows security will never allow that to happen.
