Hey, I think you both are playing on different game versions. In the main menu, the current game version is displayed at the top right.
If you are playing the downloadable version, it indicates the version number in the file name. (this is always up to date)
If you both are playing on web, the version you load may depend on where you are located. As it is a new version, it may take time for the update on crazygames to propogate globally. It should not be an issue by now though, as quite a few hours have passed.
Nonetheless, the storage isn't ready yet so it is not a game-breaking difference :)
