Intriguing, but I can't even install it through the Itch client.  As that is how I play games on Itch, this will have to be a no-go for me until this gets resolved (probably if/when this gets ported to a not-ancient OS)

Hello,

using that old programming language has many benefits for me. The language is "simple" and the software can run (with DosBox or native) on so many systems (from really old 286 (35yo) DOS Machines to newest Apple Device, Linux or Windows 11). It could even run on a Commodore C64 or Amiga 500.

But this game is too big for that programming language so it has to be ported to something newer. I am doing this at the moment, so an update takes a little bit longer than excepted. So I try to use my chance to improve the code and elimate some bugs during this,...

You have to know, that all my games will be 100% completely handwritten, without using a gameengine like Unity, RenPy or similar. That's why a game is 100 kilobyte and not 1 gigabyte...

The new Update won't be able to use on old PCs anymore, but it runs native on newer Windows Machines. I hope it works on the Itch Client, I don't know if it will.

I try to simulate the "old PC"-Feeling as good as possible.
