Thanks for the reply, I had already sent an email to the support team regarding the quarantined post a few days back. The message shows that the author has suspicious activity but I have followed the guideline every time.  Is this quarantined project the cause of 0 projects issue?

No, like I said, your other project was just created hours ago. And for what it's worth, the quarantined project triggered our server-side malware scan.
