I connected almost 12 hours ago... I got a mail from payooner said "You can now request payment" but when I check my payouts tab it said "You linked to Payoneer 12 hours ago. Your account is awaiting validation by Payoneer. It will be rechecked when you submit a payout." I did not understand that ( and I am sorry if i bother you too much :,( )
