I don't deal with suspensions, but your one suspended game has the "loli" tag and triggers the malware scanner. Do you see how those two things could be problematic?
Edit: also, no, Game Jolt for example doesn't pre-screen games either.
The tag isn't the problem. What it signals is the problem. And false positives by themselves don't mean much, it's true. Edit: that just means someone might take a closer look. And that's been GJ's policy for years, at least since the great revival.
