About the coins close to the ground, I made like a level 2 (begins at score 30), where it only respawns the upper 4 coins, not the bottom ones. The music and the colours also change, and the game becomes faster!
But you're right, maybe collecting the bottom ones without jumping shouldn't be possible right from the start to prevent this "cheating".
This build made for the jam is done, but I'll definitely address this issue at a later one.
