This is not a simmiland board, but a global itch.io one. If you want to get a response from the developer, posting a comment on their game page is your best bet.
However, the error that you're getting seems to be an universal one - you just need to reinstall your DirectX. Please note that I'm not the developer of simmiland and I can't guarantee that this will fix it.
