I am sorry about your inconvenience for know you should wait until 1.7 is out for other devices this is probably when the creator is fixing some bugs on 1.7 for Andriod the file must've got corrupted but those who got the mod on Andriod are probably going to be the few who are going to still have Gacha neon on their device since the creator is going to delete the mod if Gacha heat keeps on going on their mod which to me is not fair for those who are not doing it if you still want to try to make sure your device is up to date (Like making sure you have all of the updates for its system) and keep turning on and off your Internet every time the mod does not download potentially this might cause it to work but it takes a lot of patience.
