It sounds like you declined her anal request, which makes the game assume you don't want to see that content with her ever again.
I am at the same point as SuicideNeeko. Having examined the game state I can see that there is a variable, _defaults_set > kali_anal, that is set to true. Wouldn't that indicate that her anal request was not declined?
