I downloaded the update and connected everything and checked if remasuri_bot is not banned. Everything is right but it still doesn't react with the twitch redeems
Have you checked if maybe your anti-virus software is interfering and make sure your triggers are setup correctly. Also make TITS an exception in your firewall, that might help
