I bought the game twice for the $14 code, and did not receive one. WTF?

To get a reward, you need to click on its purchase, and not just buy the game using the "Download now" button. Contact with us in discord if you made a mistake and could not buy the reward (we have already dealt with you about this personally, however, I will still leave the answer if anyone has the same problems).
