It has nothing to do with adapting. Apple doesn't allow NSFW games on the app store, and making a SFW version wouldn't make sense in the story, nor would it be worth the effort. While Zimon could make an iOS version, you would need to jailbreak your device to be able to install the app. There's simply not enough of a market to justify the added time that would take.
If you are worried about a shared computer, consider looking into applications which create encrypted directories. Then you can store the game where only you will be able to access it. That has the added benefit of keeping your younger brother away from a game he may not be old enough to see (assuming he is under 18).
