I cannot say for sure. But from what I could gather about this error, you can try following steps to solve that:
1) You might have outdated GPU drivers, try to update them
2) Download and install the latest VC redist update
3) Try pressing "F" key to make game windowed, resize window to make it smaller
4) Launch 32 bit version instead of normal one. Called "MurMur-32.exe"
I hope that something out of these options will help you. If not, then I'm afraid your PC with that GPU can't handle the game. I haven't encountered this problem before. Either way, if nothing would work. I'd try to launch the game on something else. A phone or another PC.
