Well, not talking for him, but for myself, yes, this feels definitely heavier on the dialogues and monologues than necessary. At least in between two H scenes, there can be extraordinarily long setups. I'm happy that you've got (a) talented and motivated writer(s) (not sure if it's one, or multiple), but their talents at long, intricate and precise essays are really not best utilized in this kind of game.
