Good afternoon! It took some time to resolve this issue. If you see the window for 0.5 seconds, it means that it closes automatically. I suggest two solutions: 

Press Shift+G not when you enter the menu, but when you have finished loading the game after the “slutcraft ver. 0.49.1” splash banner. Then you “should” see a screen with hotkeys, and immediately after loading, press Shift+G.

There is also another option if the first one doesn't work. Close the game, hold down the Shift key, and double-click the shortcut to open the game. Hold down Shift while the game is launching, and immediately after the loading is complete, you will see the same engine settings screen.

Since the result is the same, this confirms that the issue is not with the game files, but rather a conflict between the game engine and your graphic card.

Please try the following steps:

1. Launch the game.
2. Once you are on the black screen (or hear the sound), press Shift + G on your keyboard.
3. A "Graphics Acceleration" menu should appear.
4. Under Renderer, try selecting OpenGL (or GL2). Then click "Return" or restart the game.
5. If that doesn't work, open the menu again (Shift + G) and select Software.

While we are looking into your case, I would like to ask you for a favor: could you try downloading an earlier version of the game (for example, 0.48 or 0.47) and check whether it works on your computer?

Hello! This is the first time I've encountered this problem, but I promise I can help you. Am I correct in understanding that you are playing on a PC? If so, the problem seems to be related to using old drivers. This is just one possibility. I can suggest updating your drivers, but if that doesn't help or you already have the latest version, try downloading the game from another source (Mega, Google Drive, Itch). Also, can you tell me if you've played our game before? Did previous versions of SlutCraft run normally?

Hello! SlutCraft is available in: English, Russian, German, French, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish. We hope you find the language you need in this list :)

I'm not entirely sure what you mean, but to answer your first question—we don't charge money for the game. We accept support so that we can continue developing the game, and in return we give our players bonuses, such as early access to updates. I hope this answer better conveys my point.

Hello, there are two issues here: RenPy is not optimized as an engine, and, as is often the case, the device's specifications are not ideal. I don't know for sure what device you have, but it may need more time to load.

Hi! Go into the game and click on the third line in the main menu (called "ajustes" in Spanish)

Then find the language selection column on the right (called Cambiar idioma on Spanish) and switch the language.

Another way on PC: press Win+R and type %appdata% in the search bar, then find the “RenPy” folder and delete all files named “SlutCraft”. Then reinstall the game and select the desired language.

Hi! On the WebP version of the game are scenes with loss of quality, but compression allows you to optimize space on your device. The high-res uses the png picture format, which allows you to see all the interesting moments in the original resolution! It's hard to say exactly what the difference is, but it's important to note that the first is compression (inevitable loss of quality, and the second is lossless original resolution), as in audio formats.

Hi. I don't have a Mac on hand right now, but if I'm not mistaken, you just download the installer file and once you open it, drag the SlutCraft icon into the apps folder - the game will install itself and appear in the Dock, Launch, and “apps”

If your game does not install, clear about twice as much space on your device's internal storage as the game requires. For example, if game weighs 4GB, you should free up 8GB for installation.

Hi, what problems are we talking about? I remember that sometimes players may write that the game runs badly or slows down - we do our best and with every patch we improve the stability of the game, also there are a couple of tips how to troubleshoot on Android. The first thing I recommend you to have some free space on your device. If there are problems installing the game - make sure you have extra space on your permanent storage and even more (preferably x2 of the game's weight). If the game crashes while playing - clear the cache and RAM, and you can reboot your device so that nothing is preventing your device from directing all the energy to the game.

Hi. Did I understand correctly that you only have the option to download the APK? If yes, it shouldn't be like that, paid subscribers get all the links at once for all tastes.

Unzip, you mean install? As far as I know, on Android you don't have to unzip the game exactly, just download the APK, install and enjoy the game!

How start the "stuck in wall"? Sarah has to first find the poster, then hang it.
