All of our characters are original, we just haven't shown him (or Lukas, for that matter) naked yet. Naturally this'll happen on their routes. And there's plenty of content for characters like Eric, but full routes are a huge undertaking and we're already comitted to four.
Hard to say how many updates as our pace has been so variable as of late. After Tai's route wraps up, we'll be making a short epilogue chapter for Diego's story before starting on another route so it'll be a bit yet.
