is there a way to purchase the game and play the full version in browser without downloading?
Sorry, this was looked into but isn't possible. Itch does not allow you to configure paid games to play in-browser, which is actually a pretty good pro-consumer move to prevent players losing access to their purchases if an account is discontinued.
