I run the setup (tried Run as Administrator too) and it states "Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor." It also gave a log which is a bit long to include here. Idk where I can contact your privately as the log contains file locations. Should I DM on Twitter?
You can try a portable version that doesn't require installing. In the extracted folder, navigate to the Application Files/SoundTypist_1_0_0_0/ folder. Run "SoundTypist.exe". You may need to try the right click / "Run as Administrator" if you're still getting permissions issues.
Another problem could possibly be that your Windows security settings are too strict to run random unknown files downloaded off of the internet. If you want to get it to work, open up the Windows settings, type "Reputation-based protection" in the "Find a setting" search bar, to show the "Reputation-based protection" settings window. Turn off "Check apps and files" and turn off "Potentially unwanted app blocking". Now try again.
