Not sure, unfortunately. Do any of the solutions in the !zMAC USERS PLEASE READ.txt file work for you? You can also try googling the issue and see if anyone has found an answer for this
I tried holding Control, but that didn't get it any further, and the other things seemed out of my technical skill range.
