Best pixel art I was able to find.
I'm new to RPG Maker, was able to import the assets as a tileset but I can't figure out how to setup animations like in your sample gif picture.
I understand this is off-topic and probably some basic stuff, so not asking to explain everything, but maybe you could suggest any search keywords for Google? I'm a couple hours in and still no luck with the animation part.
