Once you've finished the prologue, I suggest you go to the fields and talk to Mikasa before interacting with Sasha.

If you first go talk to Mikasa, you're gonna see an H scene with her and after that, there should be no problem with any other girls.
We'll fix these bugs but it'll take some time cuz the problem's in the core of our code and we'll have to rewrite if from the scratch if we're going to keep working on the game.

Just talk to Mikasa once you're out of the prologue, go see an H-scene with Mikasa, sleep and you're good to go.
