You can buy them at the brothel in Northcrest, the devlog for the 0.39 patch update notes everything about it for your gifts. You should unlock the brothel after 70 days and 1 week after your first time in Northcrest I think.

ah well.. the person could check everything including the brothel when first visiting Northcrest... that's what I did though :p
that's smart, I didn't check the brothel cause I knew it wasn't finished and had to wait a week extra when it came out XD
