I'm not an SJW. I'm just an ordinary person. I don't make it a habit to seek out offensive stuff to report it, lol. I usually just stay away. You literally joined a prize competition with your fanmade thing. Fanfiction sites that tried that stuff in the 90's and 00's got C&D'd into oblivion. There's a reason the actually fan-run fanfiction site that isn't ad-laden says it's non-profit. I don't know how FF.net doesn't get sued but it has C&D'd both entire segments of fanfiction and specific fanworks. You can say fair use all you want, bro. But you clearly broke some rules when you entered it into TyranoBuilder Jam.

I never claimed to be from a law school but your nasty attitude towards people who have issues with your game really speaks volumes about where your priorities really are. You made a game to deliberately upset people. Just admit that. The name calling, extra classy I gotta say.

It's also funny that you bring up Weird Al and Mel Brooks. Weird Al has actually APOLOGIZED for upsetting people, has always asked PERMISSION to make his parodies and has always set out to both be not upsetting, positive and make music without foul language. Mel Brooks had a lot of respect for the stuff he lampooned and a lot of positive messages behind some of his parodies. Blazing Saddles was an anti-racism movie, The Producers showed that cheats get what's coming to them. While each parodied a genre, none of them parodied a specific movie. Even Naked Gun wasn't simply a Bond parody, it also parodied stuff like Mission Impossible and Die Hard.

I don't know much about any of the SJW crap. I never wanted to, I was never big on Tumblr stuff. I've been around on the net as a lurker since the mid 90's.

I make sure that if I write fanworks, I pay attention to what the original creators say. For that reason, I've never posted written fanfiction of any of Anne Rice's stuff, Anne McCaffrey's stuff or similar. They didn't want it about so I respected that wish.

I don't give a damn about privilege or any of that. I'm not some "Woke" Tumblrina teenager or 20 something who hasn't known what the world can do. So you can stick those accusations where the sun don't shine, along with your disrespectful attitude.

If you had any, you'd just post your game and not enter a paid game jam.

That's why the first things out of your mouth were something like 'nice transphobia' and you keep throwing SJW Buzzwords into your rhetoric.

You can deny it all you want, but I've seen it in Gamergate, Comicsgate, and now Animegate - you believe in censoring anything that personally offends you and you'll find any BS Excuse to do it. There's a word for that (Socialist).

As for my 'nasty attitude', that's only towards people who obviously didn't even actually play the game and yet go on criticizing it. You're as bad as the Christian Groups from the 1980s that wanted to ban things they knew ZILCH about, ie D&D , Heavy Metal Music, Punk Rock, etc.

I have a ton of respect for Dan, Team Salvato, and for DDLC, and again - if you played the game, you'd know this because it spoofs it in VERY specific ways (With a number of easter eggs that are twisted homages to the original game) while at the same time poking fun at politics.

As for a bad attitude, maybe you should talk to Mark Waid or your SJW Comic Professionals who regularly tell comic fans on twitter to 'f**k off' if they don't agree with their politics.

If someone put a gun to your head to look at this visual novel's page, you should probably call the police on the person with the gun instead of going on itch.io and complaining about the visual novel.

Also, you have a character who is obviously trans named Manika. Does that seem, oh I don't know, mocking of trans women?

Socialism also has nothing to do with what you or I are doing. The fact you are bringing it up is hilarious and fallacious. Are you serious?

You can mock stuff all you want. I don't want to finish your game because it is extremely repellent to me and gross. The graphics are gross and lazy. You stole assets from the Ren'Py DDLC game, which is against the game jam rules. You are not supposed to use copyright assets without permission and guess what? DDLC assets ARE copyrighted. You used several visual and audio assets ripped from the game.

Your reaction to people who criticize you is what I have the most problem with. Calling them SJWs because they were upset by your game, when your game is clearly saying stuff that would upset people in general. That wasn't necessary.

I would not care if you posted this to Reddit, I would not care if you hadn't posted this to a jam your game could earn money for, in contradiction with what Salvato requested. He doesn't want people not him making money off his game outside of specific cases.

I avoid the -gates like the plague. I don't even know what the hell's going on with Comicsgate outside of that one idiot who wants to explain to Neil Gaiman how his career actually went. Why are you even bringing them up? I have nothing to do with them. Hell, I write for erotic games!

I am disgusted by your game but that doesn't mean it can't be posted, period. Just follow Salvato's guidelines.

'Manika' was just a play on her name. Sarcasm. You know, humor. That thing that most SJW's seem to have no concept or grasp of in this day and age.

Socialism? You can deny, deny, deny, but your 'pretend-i'm-not-an-sjw' act is as clear as day. You're trying to pretend to be a neutral party to give you more credibility in your bs statements and offense, since most of you SJW's are (putting it mildly) batshit crazy and have zero credibility other than getting 'triggered' and having public meltdowns.

Funny, I recall a warning for people who are easily offended. Again, who put a gun to your head to play?

As for 'upsetting people in general' (who aren't SJW's) It's funny, as I've had over 600 people play the game with a bunch of IM's on its hilarity, and yet TWO complaints. Including yourself.

So basically it mainly comes down to your hurt feelings. Good to know that you at least admit to that. And there was ONE other person who criticized the game and their remarks sounded like something copy/pasted from a feminist pride rally.

And again, SATIRE. PARODY. Go argue with the US Supreme Court. Not me. Freedom of political speech is one of the most important things in the USA and it's history.
