I don't think anyone said they were... If you're talking about the title, i'm pretty sure its meant to be ironic and refer to how cute these crossdressing guys look. I'm not one of the devs of course but that's how i interpreted it at least

Yeah I played one of the routes in the steam version and noticed that too, it's kinda disappointing since it was advertised online as being about "boys in skirts, femboys, crossdressers" etc, so it kind of comes across as the MC being in denial about the gayness.
Would be great if it was toggle-able but that'd require a lot of text editing so idk.
