I'm thinking about making my own Visual novel with Ren'Py. I was wondering what program did you use to make your character models?
I use Koikatsu to make the models and scenes, then Photoshop to edit the renders, Premiere Pro to edit the animations, and Audacity to create/edit sound effects and music. Good luck with your project! :)
