I think in this case, you can, but I strongly suggest updating them to make them unique to this project.
Edit: Community vote is leaning towards only allowing premade assets that are available to the public in some way (even if behind a paywall). You know the situation better than I do, so please use that as a guideline for how much of your models you can use.
