sadly a subgrade or older GPU would have issues keeping up with the rendering.  Im using a ryzen 7 3700X CPU and a RX 580 8Gb GPU, It has its moments but manageds to keep up in the high settings.

If your pc is relying on only a APU/CPU then you will have issues because of the strain or lacking enough RAM to help with the strain.  Think about either adding or increasing RAM or adding a GPU to your system
