Technology is the only thing your Wuff has over mine! Other than that destruction potential is equal. However one thing I got over yours, is the means/potential to undo the damages. An electric stun bolt or a stasis trap, so long as it gets clear hit, is all that is needed to end a fight, its quite funny.
Matter Manipulation, while I cannot use directly on living things, I can use it indirectly for healing by speeding up natural process through energy infusion assigned with healing thoughts. On an induvial living thing, this would take up to a minute, but say a mile radius of damages, so logn as things can naturally regrow, it would take quite some time. Need to have patiences when doctoring! XP
It's good to have healing abilities that can help you whenever you screwed up. Mine can only fix inanimate objects, not living things. (QwQ)
Tho he can try to create a device/tool that could heal you instead. But that'll take some time to work ofc. ('ÚwÙ) So from this point, you can already see that I've nerfed him by lowering his capabilities on defence so that he'll not be too op for the story.
