VL Gothic Font already packed inside the .rar file for your convinience. Unless you want to download one yourself (in which it is not hard to find) by all means go ahead ^v^
every time I download it opens to Inernet explorer and idk why
You need extraction tool such as Winrar or 7zip or anything like that to extract the file first before opening it
