First off, is there an estimated release date for v24?
Second, is there a good list of all the 'secret' perks you can get? Ya know, the things that you can sometimes get with the right interactions with characters and stats? I don't know if there's a way to a spoiler tag to give examples of what I've found. As of now I've certainly found a few, but it wouldn't surprise me if there is more.
