".. Well alright then, If that's what you need to do.. I wish you best of luck.. please be safe my rose.."

His hand trailed from his check to his ear, covering it with his hand as he placed one little quick lip kiss, smiling brightly.

He smiled back at him and kissed his cheek

"Thanks Dee...will I see you tomorrow?"

".. Of course.. I might be a bit later than usual tomorrow, but I promise I will treat you tomorrow.."

He winked at him, letting out a little laugh as he teased him-

He rolled his eyes, smiling fondly

"I have a feeling you're going to be really bad for business..."

"Hehe, I promise i'll make up for a days work for you.. now go, you should be with your siblings right now.."

He kissed him softly before pulling away, lingering for a moment before quickly walking off

He waved goodbye to him as he walked away, lately with every day it seemed drac would want more time with Virgil, and now he was almost clingy per say, by.. oh well, not so much a bad thing.

-".. -inhale.....sigh-... Well, there goes Virgil.. perhaps I should find that hunter again."-

Timeskip?

Yeeeep! :)

Dee returned to the marketplace the following week to pick up the scarf. Virgil's scarf. The shopkeeper presented the finished gift in trembling hands and lowered her head. "I hope it is to your liking, my lord." He smiled as he took the shimmering length of silk from her hands. She’d married together long strips of gold and purple silk with nearly invisible stitches. The seams were smooth and unobtrusive, each panel flowing from one to the other. Tiny, spiraling decorative stitches in gold thread adorned the edges, glimmering and catching the light. Dee removed one glove and pulled the scarf through his hands. It slipped through his fingers like water, cool, smooth, and fluid.

She peeked at his face. "Does it please you?"
